Ok I have broken down and installed windlight. At first I really resisted doing this because when my husband dl it I thought I looked terrible. But slowly I’ve been seeing more and more pictures that are very flattering. I am using a sort of modified version of the one that Caliah Lyon put out. Iris Ophelia did a great article on windlight that is helping me figure out what to adjust and so I hope I can only get it to work better in the future. Now this outfit! I knew I wanted to wear the Vivid skirt from Pixeldolls because it is one of my very favorite shades of pink. Baby pink is my ultimate favorite but a close second is this bright deep pink. The dress that this comes in is really gorgeous but I really love the de-constructed look of the skirt with the hanging fishnet. I did want something a little more dramatic between the top and the skirt so I’m wearing this really neat belt I found as part of the flirt skirt from Kiki’s Closet. It is on the jacket layer and then the prim buckles/straps attach to that. It removes all the problems of trying to get a belt that fits around your waist perfectly especially mine because I have a very hourglass shape. It really changes the look of the skirt and makes a tiny bit more punkish.

The shirt I have on is the cupid top from Artilleri it has a cute little pink and white polka dot belt on t he bottom but I’ve covered that with the belt. I really like the top of this shirt because even though it’s fairly plain she has done such a great job with the shading and seam details it is far from boring. I wanted a little something extra underneath so I put on the Peek-a-boo Frills bra in black and pink from Second Wave Apparel. Aside from being a super pretty bra and panty set this looks really great under alot of low cut tops. I tried on every pair of stockings/tights I owned until I realized that I needed leggings! These are the grey leggings with lace trim from Opium Everyday and they are my favorite pair. They are tintable so even though they come in gray I have them dyed to black most days. I really like the little bit of lace she has on the bottom.

I’m sure everyone is aware, but in case you have been living under a rock, Lyra Muse formerly of Last Call line of accessories has opened  a new shop now that Last Call has closed. Lucky for us she has put out quite a few of the styles she did while working with Last Call. One of these are the Jacienne shoes I think the only pointy shoes I own are from Lyra and she has a way of making them pointy without looking too elfish. I especially love the little buckle detail. I have on the Melodic Atrocity headband from Violet Voltaire because I think its fun and really I wish there more things like this out there to add to outfits.

I have on my favorite pink earrings the pink plastic earrings from Shiny things and one of my favorite necklaces the queen or hearts necklace from Lassitude and Ennui.  I’ve had these both for at least a year (probably longer) and they definately have stood the test of time. I seem to find that some  pieces are very trendy, but these feel so classic that I’m always wearing them. On my left arm I have on the Black Flexi Bangles from Caroline Apollo and the Lily bangle from Creamshop. I think I’ve said it before but Lilies are very special to me my husband has always sent me lilies going back to our 1 month anniversary so they hold a special place in my heart and this bracelet is so gorgeous.

When I was looking for hair I ran across the Nadia from ETD and it just fit perfectly. I don’t know if I’ve even ever worn this hair since I bought it, but its super cute. I think just sometimes its hard to wear hairs that come over your shoulder this one actually fits me just perfectly so I”m glad that I rescued it from the abyss that is my inventory. Am I the only one that constantly comes across items I’ve never worn since the day I bought them in my inventory?

Sometimes I run across freebies that I think can make a whole outfit. I think lately there has been an explosion of freebies, it almost is enough to build a whole wardrobe out of. Over half my outfit today was free!

First I put on the Teal High Cut Pants from GG Couture, she has a big pack of freebies but these are my favorite in the pack I especially like the wrinkles because it feels much more me. (I’m not great with the iron) I next put on the Elanor Jacket from Frozen Turquoise Valentine. This is such a cute short jacket and she also has quite a few freebies in her store. Under this I have on an old freebie which I’m sorry to say doesn’t seem to be available any longer. It is the Haver Tee (In CHEESE!!! best color name ever I think) from Savvy? since she isn’t putting out any new items I’m note sure if she will be putting them back out because of working at Armidi now, but in case she ever does make sure to snatch them up. If you weren’t blessed to find them I’m sure you can find a nice cami to wear instead (Because of the layering just make sure it’s on the undershirt layer)

My shoes are not free, but I’ve worn them so much by now they have more than earned their original purchase price. They are my very favorite Crisis Pumps from Tekilah Elytis of Sculpties Up In Here. These continue to be my favorite pumps and of course they color change what more can you ask for in a lovely pump. I am wearing the code earrings and bracelet set from Shiny Things these look a little industrial but really they are so simple and modern I have fond that they match tons of different styles. On my right arm I have on the Aurora Bloom Stack and well I guess I just put all of my favorite accessories today. I know I’ve blogged all of these before.

The adorable Bloom Ring I’m wearing is a group freebie from fuel and I just checked and it’s still available in the store. I even managed to find a free hair! This hair is so cute and its called “OL hair” she has the basic colors available and has actually I think 3 free hairs. They are worth checking out. I almost forgot my Hat! This is the Feathered Straw Hat from Pixeldolls and I adore this hat, but I just don’t get a lot of chances to wear it. I feel like I should be going on a nice picnic with my lovely hat. I chose the Chai skin in Alloy from LF because of the pretty neutral/gold makeup.

I wanted to go pretty casual with this outfit because I feel like I’ve been so dressed up lately. Also it gave me the perfect excuse to wear these fabulous new capri’s I got from Second Wave Apparel. I think of all groups this is one of 5 that I will never leave. She is very generous is always sending out presents. A few weeks ago she sent out a big pack of her new Capri's. The ones I have are the Pink Stripes but she has them in tons of other colors/patterns. They are all shaded very nicely and the patterns are so fun I’ve been wearing them all over. (especially the giraffe one’s you know I have a weird fascination with animal print)

Because the pants are a little wild I wanted my tops to be a little more toned down. I started with the In Dreams Bolero from Sugarcube (On a side note this isn’t available in all her stores but I did find it in the Cotton Candy one listed below) this top is dignified and demure but it also cut up the front which makes for a perfect layering opportunity. I put the Roche Silk Charmeuse Tank underneath from Shai. Like everything Shai makes this is shaded to perfection with the just the right amount of wrinkles. I like how silky it looks against the denim and textured sweater. I also liked that it was cut low in the front and the back without showing too much skin.

While this outfit was great I needed that one extra thing and I added this Beret from Veschi. The beret is part of a special set that is sold on Onrez.com and it is a huge set and well worth it. This beret is Colorchange via script so it will match just about anything. My shoes are also color change and really adorable. I haven’t really seen any other flats that are also the sneakers so the Hearty Flats from Gracile are pretty cute while still being super casual. I like that even the sole changes color so you really are color coordinated.

I have had the purple peacock earrings from Microphage for quite a few months now and I just love the bold colors on them. They also come in 2 sizes this one or a larger even bolder size. On my left wrist I’m wearing the Found Hearts Bracelet from Yummy, this is also scripted to change colors but this time I couldn't find the right purple so I went with white. I adore charm bracelets and this one has lots and lots of cute hearts dangling from it. On my right arm is something I would really love to own in rl. I’m sure some of you saw the post where I admitted to having 13 books next to my bed.. well then it should be no surprise that one of my favorite bracelets is the bibliophile silver bracelet from Mad About… It has the most adorable little purple book hanging off of it.  My necklace started off in the mens section at Earthtones. I wanted one of course and since it’s not offered for women I just bought the His Prayer Rosary and moved it down a little to fit on my neck. Unlike some other men’s jewelry it actually works quite well on me and isn’t too overpowering at all.

I finished it all off with the Vogue Skin in (Spring– Equinox) because I love this makeup so much and it’s just so nice an purpley. The Spring line should be available at Celestial Studios for a little bit longer. She usually brings them out for a little while every time a new season is unveiled and then puts them away again until the next season.

3/20/08 Relay For Life - Clothing Fair

Because our blog is a little different than typical review blogs I usually miss out on blogging about special events. Especially when they involve exclusive items. So this year I didn’t want to miss out on Relay for Life and I decided I would try something different.

I think if you haven’t been yet then hurry over before this event ends. Not only is it for a great cause but there are 84 great designers all with samples of not only their regular work but some spectacular sets to benefit Relay for Life.

I went around the clothing fair and gathered up what I wanted of the exclusive and the freebies (and of course a few other new releases I couldn’t resist but you’ll see those later) then I thought it would be fun to make 4 outfits out of them.

I used only the Relay for Life exclusive and the freebies in the stores. The hair and shoes are from my inventory and I didn’t wear any jewelry just to cut down some of the slurl work for myself. I will be making my descriptions shorter than usual, but I have provided the slurls on the Relay for Life sims.

My first outfit is made of 2 rfl exclusives and one freebie. The beautiful top I’m wearing is from the Petals Dress from Awesome designs. This dress comes in 2 lengths and even though the top is only on the Jacket layer it is beautiful and works very well with things layered under it.

I chose the Francoice dress top from the freebie box at Bossa Nova. She gave probably one of the best freebie boxes away at the fair. It contains quite a few dresses most of them she has for sale in her shop in other colors so be sure to pick one up. The skirt I have on is from the Cutie Out outift from Devilish Cupcake. It is such a fun design and I liked that the white matched the white used on the Bossa nova lace top.

I put on the Tuli hair from Aden, the Vogue Skin (Peach Light) from Celestial Studios and the Lola’s in white from Shiny Things to complete the outfit. I think this was a nice way to blend the ultra feminine dress from Awesome designs with the casual fun feel of the skirt from Devilish Cupcake.

My second outfit actually takes 2 great single rfl exclusives and added in one freebie. The Maroon Jean Jacket is from Nyte and Day and comes on all 3 layers.

I paired it up with the Pink J’adore skirt from Irelyn. This is a system skirt, but she did such a  wonderful shading job on it that it is very wearable, even if the system skirt scares you. It also comes in black. (on a side note I don’t wear a skirt shape so if you have one of course it wear a little differently on you)

The Jelly Belly top is a freebie from Devilish Cupcake, she also has quite a few freebies in her booth so don’t miss it. I liked that this had a little green to accent the purple in the jacket.

My hair is Tasha from ETD, my shoes are the Ring Mule in Pink from Luly and well the skin I have on is a Vogue skin but I have a confession to make. I forgot to write down which one and short of trying on every skin and matching up the makeup I’m not sure which one. I do know it’s very lovely.

I think this is my funnest outfit of the bunch. It really changed the feel of the outfits I mixed. The top is from the Purple Blossom rfl outfit from Barerose. This is a very elegant dress with a tiered prim skirt.

I chose to wear the top over the Spider Baby bloomers from the rfl outfit from Silent Sparrow. This outfit is infinitely mixable with skirts, capri's, bloomers, and even a corset. It’s a definite must have, besides it’s pink with bows and ruffles.

My hair is one I don’t wear very often but has super cute little barrettes it’s called Rylee from Deviant Kitties, the shoes are the flats from Veschi and the Chai skin I have on is the Cerise makeup.

My last look blended two looks to create an elegant but still funky evening gown.

The top and corset are from the Spider Baby rfl outfit and how even more how much these pieces can be used in different looks. The skirt is from the gorgeous sating shine dress from Nicky Ree. Amazingly this dress is being given out for free.

The hair I have on is the Rhosyn from Philotic Energy, the skin is the Winter 3 Vogue Skin from Celestial Studios and the shoes you can barely see but are still really pretty are the Rosalinde from LC Vamp collection. I really love how these 2 pieces came together and i only wish I had a fancy event to wear it to.

This is a cause that is near and dear to my heart having lost a few family members to cancer so I’m always amazed every year when Second Life comes together for this. I hope I have done the event some justice.

Occasionally when I'm sorting through my recent clothing, I come across something that just works. That happened when I was trying on the gold dot skirt from Creamshop and then put on the grey tank from designina. I really love the colors on the gold dot skirt and the high waist portion is really well textured. It sort of just flowed into the grey tank with its matching stripes also I really like the neckline. Designina is a tiny shop and she sent me some info and when I went to go check it out she has some very good ideas and I know I’ll be watching for new designs. I wanted something to balance out the gold in the skirt so I put on the Soni top from Savvy?. This top has great shading and of course Dakota provided it on all the layers.

To continue the gold/grey black accent I added the Brown Triple Buckle Shoes from Digital Dragon. They have the best heel and and make me feel very summery. (I have a nasty cold so maybe that’s why I am longing for summer so badly) On my right arm I have on the Lillyanne Bangle from Cailyn Miller I know I wear different variations of this bracelet a lot it’s just so pretty and simple that it seems to match everything. On my left arm I have on the Skin bracelet from DRY. This is another shop that I was sent info on and they have some really cute bangles and some other jewelry. It’s also pretty small but I liked alot of their color combinations.

I really try very hard not to wear items I know are discontinued on the blog, mostly because I know how frustrating ti can be to see great things and not be able to get them. I had to break this unofficial rule for myself today with the orange cluster earrings from Girl Props. I had already had them on and taken the pictures when I went to go update my lm for the shop and realized it’s no longer around. That made me sad but if you are interested in more pieces similar to this you might want to try Swallowtail they have some similar type necklaces/bracelets. Finally I added the Boho Gypsy Necklace from Earthtones. I think if I had to pick my favorite jewelry designer for wood jewelry it would be Earthtones. It’s always hard to pick any one designer for anything, but Lucas has really mastered making wood jewelry pieces that have great texture and manage to look unique and funky.

The hair I have on is the Deschanel from Philotic Energy, I love the straight bangs on this hair. I really like the hair from PE, but I find it hard to wear sometimes. I’ll be honest PE hair is very edgy and usually I dress so ultra girly that I feel I just feel that I’m not “cool” enough to wear most of the styles.  I know,I know it’s so silly. I’m getting over my in securities slowly, she has a couple of hat styles that I’m still trying to work into outfits so keep an eye out for those.  Am I the only one that has these weird insecurities in a world where I can be whatever I want?

I get to wear one of my favorite Vogue skins today the Glitter – Gold 1 , I really wish I could make my rl eyeshadow look this pretty when I go out until then I will just have to be happy wearing these skins. Usually I’m always wearing either the lashes that come with Vogue and Vogue Deviant Nation skin lines or other Starley lashes. While I love her lashes, I wanted to wear something a little more dramatic today. I was wandering around one day and came across ZsaZsa’s House of Beauty. There are tons of over the top lashes here, but I went for the most conservative in the store. Of course even the most conservative there is very dramatic. They are called shortsies but are so thick and black that they make my eyes just pop.

3/17/08 Happy St Patrick’s Day!

Happy St. Patricks Day! There have been so many great St Patrick’s day giveaways lately that I wanted to pick my favorite and make an outfit out of it that I might even wear on March 18^th.

I went with the skirt from the dress that was given away at Alchemy Angels. The entire outfit is adorable a lovely green dress with shamrocks, a shirt with puff sleeves, and it even has a little apron. There is also a pair of green heels and an adorable hat. I think overall this one was my favorite because it was such a complete look. This skirt also has such a lovely deep shade of green and a pretty pattern that doesn’t scream holiday.

Because the skirt is part of a dress it looked a little bare with another top, I added the big black belt from Love,Aly and it instantly turned it into a skirt that can be worn with any shirt. When I was flipping through my inventory I came across the Starfruit Retro top from Twosome. This shirt is great and comes on all the layers, it also happened to match the exact shade of green in the skirt so I loved it. Over this I have on the Harlow Cropped vest in black from Second Wave Apparel. She has these in quite a few shades and they are also on all the layers just like everything that she makes.

I tried on many pairs of shoes before I remembered the Kandace shoes from Vertically Challenged, these shoes are so adorable and they change colors so they give you endless possible combinations. The neclace I have on is the Repairs necklace from Savvy?. I’m sure everyone has heard by now that Dakota has joined the Armidi team and Savvy? will stay around but won’t be putting out any new items. While I am sad that Savvy? won’t have anything new coming out I’m very happy for Dakota and I can’t wait to see her slightly retro, very feminine and yet still strong style integrated into the Armidi Line.

On my right arm I’m wearing the buncha hearts dangle bracelets from Boing Fromage, when I was running around getting slurls I noticed that elka has updated these bracelets so I picked up a new set. The new set is color change with a clickable script so they are even more wonderful now. On my left arm I’m wearing the Natural Blue/Green wooden bangle from Caroline Apollo. This is probably in my top 10 of bangles (ok we all know I probably have a top 20 but humor me) I just love the colors together and I think it is the perfect neutral accessory.

I’ve had this hair from Hiccup for quite a few months but I have had a hard time wearing it. I think because it is a little different shape than I’m used to. I really love it with this outfit though maybe because it seems to match the fun casual look. The Empyrean Deviant Nation Vogue makeup has always been one of my favorites so I was happy when it seemed to match perfectly. I almost went with green eyeshadow but that seemed just a bit much for me.

Just to update you on my job situation I am now officially unemployed (by my choice remember)so the good thing for you is that I will probably be able to post more regularly at least until I find something new. I hope you don’t get to tired of me! Now who has some green beer?

I started this outfit  with the wraith top from pixeldolls in raspberry. I love the velvety look on this shirt and the somewhat sheer portion is perfect for layering. The princess dress top from <3 Cupcakes adds a bit of frilly lace and pattern.

 

Next came a ruffled skirt from Mischief called Corduroy Cuteness in Ebony. The color is more of a dark gray and works well with the raspberry and pink of the top. I did have to adjust the prims a bit to get the look I wanted, but it turned out perfect. TAP's opaque tights in merlot came next and were a great match. The Luna boots are from Pixeldolls and have a hud for color change.

 

The only jewelry worn is the Shiny Things Nighttime Gems necklace. Its another item with a color color change menu! Pink diamond was the color I choose.

 

Shiny Things satin and lace drawstring purse in powder pink was added last. This purse is very cute and has an AO built in with purse holding poses. All the poses in this pic are from the AO.

 

My skin is Soda's Andrea Glow Smokey Light freckled. This skin is so cute! Hair is Lisa II from ETD in cinnamon. Eyes are my favorite Celestial City Optics natural light green. The shape is my original noob shape that has been tweaked and tweaked and tweaked.......  :)

Wow, it’s been over two weeks since my last post. I’ve been buried in schoolwork lately, so that’s my excuse. I really should be writing my paper, but I think now is a perfectly good time to procrastinate and write this blog post instead. So..wide leg jeans!!! Yay! I was so excited when I saw the FashCon notice for these. I adore wide leg pants in rl. They make my avie’s legs look so much longer, and since my avie and I are 5’2 ¾” (the ¾” counts because I can round up!), we need all the help we can get. The jeans are the Blue Wide Leg Jeans from Ki² and I love them! There are black ones available, too. There are two scupty-prim leg attachments that meet at the knee and three sizes to fit just about any size avatar. I’m wearing the Ruffled Shirt from the Carolynn Outfit from Last Call. Now I didn’t intend to copy Dakota’s top from her guest post, but it ended up that way (If I were to copy a person’s outfit, her outfits would be on the list. I did run out and bought the hair she was wearing though, but that one will be seen later.). I was going for a dressy-casual look and this is what worked for me. I love the ruffled neckline, and the prim cuffs are always a nice touch. Underneath, I’m wearing the Top from the Bohocho Outfit from Canimal. The color feels very spring-y to me and I love the tiny subtle print.

 

My shoes are the Vidalia Pumps in Fui Fui Magi from Armidi. The textures are gorgeous and I always love a peep toe. I’m wearing the Snakeskin Sash Belt from artilleri. These belts come in lots of gorgeous colors. The texture is awesome- the snakeskin subtle, but noticeable. My necklace is the Paua Shell Tricolor Square Necklace from Earthtones Boutique. The colors are gorgeous and I could just stare at it all day (ooh, another way to procrastinate). My bracelet is the Chibi Bangle in Blue from JUNK. I love the depth of the blue color. Ok, this is a first for me because I don’t normally wear purses in sl. I buy them, but I don’t end up wearing them. The Bloomin’ Clutch from tres blah is definitely something I would buy in rl. I love clutches and some surprisingly hold a lot more than you would imagine. Plus, it has a kisslock closure. I’m such a sucker for kisslock closures and framed purses. The print is so cute and has a vintage feel, and I even like the fact that it’s pink. I really don’t think I could ask for anything more in a purse. I’m converted and also really sad that there will be no more tres blah, but I can’t wait to see what she makes at Armidi.

 

My hair is the Trinitee Hair in Smoke from ETD. This is one of the hairs that I find myself reaching in my inventory for all the time. It’s simple, sleek and doesn’t hide the face. My skin is the Vogue Skin in Amber (Fall – 2) from Celestial Studios. The lips aren’t glossy, but I still love them. The makeup is a little darker to go with the dressy part of the look but still light enough and neutral to go with the casual part.

 

About four months ago, Hethr introduced me to the Luxace Personal Face Light System and I finally got around to buying it (It’s not expensive, I just forgot about it. I think it was 350L). It is awesome! It has a hud attachment that lets you control the three lights. You can move them around, color them, change the intensity, and change the distance that the light reaches. What’s even better is you can change it to where it doesn’t create that lighthouse effect when your avie turns its head. You can have more of a glowworm effect instead (whatever happened to Glo Worms anyways?).

I really think I’m feeling the spring bug lately, maybe because it’s been so warm. I think this adorable skirt from the wildflower outfit from Winter Moon is a perfect spring time skirt. It’s the perfect length with such a cute little flowered pattern, not to mention a cute bow.

I picked up the awe heck shirt I’m wearing at the Thimbles 50% off group only sale last weekend. I really like Thimbles clothing because it always manages to feel like something that you found once in an obscure shop and have been holding onto for 5 years and still wear every other week (if that makes sense) This t-shirt is pretty simple but has a really great texture on the bottom part and then a really lovely lace/button texture on the top. Over this I have on the kozue Sweater from Barerose. Just like everything at Barerose the set is super cheap and comes in a couple of colors. these sweaters are great with a nice prim hood and some little crochet flower prims on the sleeves.

I am wearing my beloved Angelina boots in chocolate from SLink and really there are no words to describe my love for these boots except, go buy them now! I have on 2 great new bracelet finds, on my left arm is the vanilla cream chocolate sweet bracelet from Honey Kitty and on the left is the hope jelly bracelet from Philotic Energy. The Honey Kitty bracelet looks very tasty and it’s nice to find pearls in this dark brown color. The Philotic energy bracelet is scripted to color change the jelly part and you can buy it with several different phrases.

I’m very happy that ETD is back releasing hair and of the new releases I think Davina II is my favorite. I think it’s just a great casual short hair. She managed to put those haphazard in the wind pieces that make it look very natural. My skin is one the Cerise Chai skin and this is just a fresh pretty makeup. I think it makes me look a little young but with this outfit it really seems to fit.

I went to go grab a book from my bedside, and realized I have 13(!) sitting there. I do read a lot and they are all but 2 books I’ve read in the last 2–3 weeks. One is my husbands scripting book *snore* and one is an old cookbook from the 60’s that I use as a mousepad when I’m on the laptop. Other than that they are all trashy romances, fantasy/mysteries, one autobiography about a woman that lived on a sugar farm/plantation in the Andes for a couple years and a book about History. I decided you all needed to know more history so here is the quote:

I was peacefully swimming one after noon when my friend, Magenta Robbiani, dropped some super sweet shorts on me. Magenta creates the clothing for UNIONBAY in SL. The shorts are called Shea and I'm wearing them in Riviera.  She has tons of new stuff for Spring.

Since I was swimming I threw them on over my swimsuit. Which is my own design. It's called Kini  and I'm wearing it in red. But then I wanted to go do some shopping so I added the Jam Hoody in Blue from Maitreya.  The colors matched so well you'd think they were made for each other!

My Necklace is a little something I picked up a few weeks ago and have  yet to take it off. It's the mini robot necklace in Silver from Yummy.  My shoes which I practically live in are from Lasstitude & Ennui. They are the Chloe sculpted flats in Navy.  Simply amazing shoes.

The hair was easy since I am always wearing hair from ETD. The style is Nadia and I'm wearing Espresso Burnt. My skin is from Naughty, Alina Vintage Dangerous Eyelashes 1. i always wear this skin, because the lips are less super model and more casual girl.

 I created the eyes, they are called "Nora Hazel." But they aren't for sale yet. And the shape is my own as well.

I was really feeling black and white today so I am only wearing one color and it is in the really lovely Glitterati Necklace necklace in pink from Violet Voltaire. These necklaces are not only adorable (and have an awesome name)they are scripted so that you can change from 4 different textures on the pendant. She also made some matching earrings and there are a bunch of colors.

This super cute polka dot skirt I have on is actually from a freebie dress from Mojo it is definately something you have to pick up if you haven’t yet. I picked up this studded white hoodie at a little Japanese store called Spice & Sugar. This shop has only a few things so far but what they have is pretty urban/hip and really cute, and no I’m not urban or hip so you’ll have to take that as just Hethrspeak. I love the hood on this sweatshirt. I did have to move it to another attachment point so that I could wear my necklace but it really wasn't that hard.

Under this I just put on 2 tank tops and while they are both pretty simple I think together the lacy part under the black is really cute. The black tank is from kitchy and i really liked the cut of the bottom. This little white tank is actually the silver lace tank from second wave apparel.

Not only did I find you a super cute free skirt, Ok Ok I found that on a blog a few weeks ago. But! I did find these super cute free drop earrings from Untone. I love love love them. A long time ago I got a pair like this from well I can’t remember where and now it’s not open so I’m excited that I found a pair I can share with you guys. On my left arm is the zebra bangles from Earthtones and on my right is the glass chunk double bracelet from Shiny Things.

I added the plain black tights from Creamshop because I liked the darker color and the Pepita chic ballet flats from Ibizzare. These flats might be my favorite and I think even though I have 4 of them I am going to definately need all the colors/textures….. ok maybe half? See I do have some restraint.

I recently started trying out hair at Truth and I think so far the Scarlet style is my favorite. Whenever Celestial Studios puts out a seasonal line of skins she re-releases the previous seasonal skin lines. I wanted to wear the Summer-4 Vogue skin just in case you missed how fresh and glowy these were the first time they came out. She usually pulls them up after a few months so I would go pick them up now before she takes them out of the store again.

Whew it has been one of those weeks for me! I am job searching the next couple weeks/days/months until I find a job so my posts might be sporadic. Unless of course I don’t find something next week when my last day is haha. (also don’t worry I quit they wanted me to stay but I have been very miserable so this is a good move) It just depends on how exhausted I am at the end of the day.
